Staycity Aparthotel on Francis Street, Dublin, completed.

Construction of a modern hotel on the site of the old Tivoli Theater at Francis Street in Dublin is just about to end. The 5-story building in the heart of Ireland's largest city offers over 240 apartments of various sizes, as well as a restaurant, service premises and an interior gallery.

Despite the apparent repetition, the technical design of the elevations included various window structures, embedded in various facade materials, also in fireproof solutions. The hotel building is architecturally connected with the existing, historic part of the theater. In addition to window elements, the project also included elements of mullion and transom façades in the area of ​​the ground floor, main entrances and the development of the last floor - a penthouse.
