In 2025, we faced numerous challenges encompassing the broad scope of our specialization: facades.

First of all, we entered the year 2025 with a software change - Athena Complete appeared.

At the beginning of the year, we completed the technical execution design of the Polish Embassy in Belarus, solidifying our experience in working on challenging projects.

During the year, we also worked intensively on two historic buildings – Nowogrodzka 45 and the BGK building. The former required us to work directly on-site with a foreign architect, while the latter (currently being implemented) also involved developing a workshop design. Both projects ultimately highlighted the complexity and diversity of the tasks we face.

Our participation in the Skyliner 2 high-rise building project in Warsaw, currently underway, allowed us to successfully implement an unitized facade system, which was an important step in further developing our expertise.

Of course, we also completed more “standard” facade designs, including also workshop designs. One such project this year was PHN Vena, which is currently nearing completion.

This years experience also extends beyond our borders. For example, we successfully completed the Rathborne Wharf project in Dublin.

One of the biggest and most difficult challenges this year has been, and continues to be, our participation in one of the largest investments in Poland, the Central Communication Port (CPK). This project has provided us with, and continues to provide, a wealth of valuable experience, new contacts, and technical challenges.

Finally, we would like to thank all the companies involved in the design and implementation of these projects, and especially our clients, for their trust and fruitful cooperation. We hope that the coming year 2026 will bring even more interesting projects and challenges that will allow us to further develop our shared expertise and achieve our ambitious goals.
