Towarowa Towers is a complex of two identical skyscrapers located in the business heart of Warsaw, on Prosta Street (Wola district). Although surrounded by other high-rise buildings in a relatively dense development, the buildings stand out for their unique color schemes and façade tectonics.

The complex, designed by FS&P ARCUS, with HOCHTIEF Polska as general contractor, was commissioned in early 2025, and ALTRO prepared the full technical detailed design of the exterior façades for WIDOK. Both towers have 29 stories and 577 apartments of varying sizes. Work is currently underway on the buildings surrounding this development, including further expansion of the surrounding residential buildings, and the installation of façade elements on the Skyliner 2 office building, which we also designed.
