Skyliner II - midway
Construction of the second tower of the Skyliner II complex has just reached its halfway point. Along with it, the façade elements are rising, and they can already be easily compared to the façade of its older brother.
The buidlings structure consists of 28 fully glazed floors, with terraces on the roof levels. Skyliner II will complement and ultimately close the space between the surrounding towers: The Hub, Skyliner I and Towarowa Towers, the latter of which was also designed by our office.
Skyliner II will offer approximately 24,000 m2 of space, the vast majority of which will be offices. The project has already received a BREEAM certificate with an „Outstanding” rating.
